Corporate and M&A Lawyer
I am a corporate and M&A lawyer based out of Delhi with experience of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, private equity investments, and range of corporate advisory mandates. I regularly advise clients on structuring, documentation and execution of transactions, and mergers/demergers/hive-offs.
During my professional journey, I have advised global funds, listed companies, and emerging enterprises in India. I have worked on several high-profile transactions including media acquisitions, cross-border private equity buyouts, and strategic disinvestments by the Indian Government. Beyond transactional work, I provide general corporate and employment law advisory, including on corporate governance frameworks, shareholder rights, regulatory issues, and workforce transitions.
I studied law at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, and am enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. I bring a combination of strong technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills to my practice.
